Advanced R&D Flexibility and Collaborative Engineering
JMIT offers exceptional R&D flexibility, supporting both Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) based on blueprints and Reverse Engineering from existing samples. At the project's inception, we engage in comprehensive technical consultations and negotiations with our clients to precisely define specifications and manufacturing standards. By integrating advanced CAD systems and design optimization, we effectively prevent design redundancy, significantly reducing the costs and idle man-hours associated with subsequent design changes.
Once the forging design is finalized, JMIT leverages its robust in-house mold development capabilities to manufacture proprietary molds and supporting inspection fixtures. This allows for rapid trial molding and dynamic adjustments, minimizing the initial development cycle. Thanks to our high rate of in-house production, once product dimensions are verified and approved by the customer, we can seamlessly transition to procurement and mass production.
For projects involving complex CNC precision machining, we initiate sample testing, CAM programming, and fixture design concurrently before mass production begins. Through this Concurrent Engineering approach, we drastically shorten the overall development lead time, ensuring that our customers' products are launched into the market with maximum efficiency.
