Forging Processes and Production Capabilities
Our facility operates a range of forging presses from 200 Tons to 2500 Tons.

This tonnage diversity allows us to assign the most efficient process flow for each project.
By streamlining the sequence from cutting and heating to forging, trimming, and
heat treatment, we ensure cost-effective production and reliable forming solutions
for our global partners.
Our forging lines utilize Japanese heating furnaces to maintain precise temperature control,
ensuring optimal forming stability for aluminum alloys.
We maintain various heating systems to accommodate specific requirements for materials
such as Titanium alloys and specialized extrusions, managing thermal accuracy and atmosphere
conditions as standard practice.

The production sequence is computer-integrated control, covering forging pressure,
thermal data, cycle times, material positioning, and automated lubricant spraying.

By digitizing these process parameters, we maintain a consistent production and
ensure high repeatability across all manufactured components.
